A series of posters inspired by those for the films of Jacques Tati are urging us to visit Western France for our holidays this year. Warner/Chappell 200.

This is the image I was asked to do for Warner/Chappell's 200th anniversary celebrations. The song was chosen for me and, fortunately, it is by one of my all-time favourite bands! Check out what Grafik mag say about the exhibition starting today in Brick Lane.
"If you’re a big music fan, here’s one not to miss. To celebrate their whopping 200th anniversary, Warner/Chappell music invited 10 graphic designers to illustrate some iconic music lyrics, creating some stunning new pieces of art. Some of the lyrics included are taken from Led Zeppelin’s ‘Stairway to Heaven’, Radiohead’s ‘Karma Police’, New Order’s ‘True Faith’ and Morrissey’s ‘There is a Light That Never Goes Out’, visualised by the likes of Paul Thurlby, Nick Bell and Julia. All of these musical typographic treats will be collected together at London’s Stolenspace Gallery at Lyric Art, opening this week."
